Invitation for Bids (IFB) 35695- Terminal Improvements at PVD (Construction Contract), Deadline for Questions: 5/2/2025, 2:00PM EDT Pre-Bid #1: 4/14/2025, 2:00 PM EDT Pre-Bid #2: 4/21/2025, 2:00 PM EDT NON-MANDATORY Pre-Bid #1: 4/16/2025, 2:30PM EDT NON-MANDATORY Pre-Bid #2: 4/24/2025, 1:00PM EDT The project generally includes new interior finishes at all public-facing walls, columns, and ceilings. The walls, columns, and ceiling finishes include Type-II commercial-grade vinyl wallcovering, wood veneer in key protected locations, stone paneling, and metal base boarding. New coffered ceilings are to be constructed in the main circulation corridor of the concourse, baggage claim and airline ticketing areas. The project also includes: o new decorative lighting, o new millwork seating and casework, o new soft seating furniture, o new hold room furniture, o new water feature in atrium area, o MEP system adjustments associated with the construction of the new finishes, o Hard flooring in all public spaces - BY OTHERS o New terminal lighting control system and architectural lighting for all public spaces - BY OTHERS All questions or requests for clarification regarding the bid documents or the project are to be submitted by email to the Office of Procurement via email at procurement@pvdairport.com
