This project is located at the Cabinet Gorge Fish Hatchery in Clark Fork, Bonner County, Idaho. The project consists of the removal of two existing steel manifolds from the headbox structure and the fabrication and installation of two new epoxy coated steel manifolds. There is a bid alternative to fabricate the new manifolds out of stainless steel for corrosion resistance. Proposals must be accompanied by cash (no personal or business checks), a certified check, or cashiers check drawn on a bank in good standing, or a bid bond issued by a Surety authorized to issue such bonds in the State of Idaho, in the amount of five (5) percent of the total amount of the Proposal submitted. the successful Bidder will execute the attached Contract and furnish the Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Payment Bond as hereinafter specified. START OF CONSTRUCTION AND CONTRACT COMPLETION TIME The Bidder further agrees to begin work within 10 calendar days after the date shown on the Notice to Proceed and to complete the construction, in all respects, for which his Proposal is accepted within the number of calendar days after the date of execution of the Contract by the Owner as set forth below: Installation window: July 1 to August 15, 2025 The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals, and to waive any informalities and irregularities in said Proposals.
