Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Celina, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The City of Celina, Texas, is soliciting qualified firms with significant experience to provide pre-qualification statements for the construction of the Downtown WRF. Only firms that submit and are deemed qualified will be allowed to participate in the solicitation process. The proposed work is generally described as follows: A. The project consists of an expansion that increases the Downtown WRF from a rating of 0.95 MGD to 3.0 MGD. B. The project includes these major facility additions: a) Headworks b) Aeration basins c) Secondary clarifiers d) Tertiary filtration e) UV disinfection upgrades f) Dewatering facility g) Chemical storage and pumping h) Administration building i) Electrical distribution, standby power, control, and lighting. j) SCADA network enhancements.
