All work shall be in accordance with Federal, State, Local OSHA, and County mandated regulations and specifications for associated work. 2. Detail Scope of Work/Technical Specifications 2.1. The scope is further defined and detailed within the attached specifications and plans. CONTRACTOR is responsible for reviewing all documents associated with this project. 2.1.1. Lee-Hendry Landfill Cells 13 and 14 Construction Documents. See Attachment A. 2.1.2. Lee County Cells 13 and 14 Construction Drawings. See Attachment B. 2.1.3. South Florida Water Management Permit # 26-01163-W issued September 15, 2014. See attachment C. 2.1.4. Florida Department of Environmental Protection Modification Permit # 0130719-023-SO-MM issued June 2, 2022. See Attachment D. 2.1.5. Environmental Resource Program Permit # 26-00541-S, issued August 11, 1994. See Attachment E. 2.1.6. Florida Department of Environmental Protection Solid Waste Construction Permit - Class I Landfill, No. 0130719-024-SC-01, issued June 2, 2022. See Attachment F
