Reading Area Community College (RACC) is seeking Bids from qualified Contractors to provide HVAC Maintenance across eight (8) buildings on campus. RACC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities, omissions, errors, mistakes, or defects in any Bid, or to accept or reject any or all bids at its sole discretion in the best interest of the College. The Contract, if awarded, shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid is responsive in all material respects to the bid requirements. No bid shall be deemed accepted until the adoption of a formal resolution by the Owner. The award will be a three (3) year contract with two (2) optional 1-year extensions based on performance. Question Deadline 05/02/2025 at 10:00 AM ET Requests must be submitted in writing through the online. Responses to clarifications will be posted to online by 10:00 AM on May 5, 2025.
