Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Katy, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work consists of providing the necessary labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and plan to construct Water Plant No. 1 - Ground Storage Tank Replacement in Castlewood Municipal Utility District. The work includes construction of one (1) 420,000-gallon welded steel ground storage tank including foundation; associated electrical, structural, controls and plant piping; site grading and drainage, drainage swales and slope paving; hydro-mulch seeding; and all additional items shown on the construction plans or needed for a completely functional water plant. QUESTIONS A. All questions shall be submitted to the Engineer via www.civcastusa.com. B. Necessary replies will be issued to bidders of record as addenda, which becomes a part of the bidding instruments. Oral instructions do not form a part of the bidding instruments. C. Bidders should contact the Engineer not less than 72 hours before bid opening to secure any addenda that may affect bidding.
