Site work for a water / sewer project in Port Salerno, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

In accordance with Section 287.055, Fla. Stat., the Consultant Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA), Martin County (County) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to perform construction engineering services for the Port Salerno / New Monrovia Septic to Sewer Project. The project will serve approximately 952 parcels with sanitary sewer utilizing a vacuum-assisted gravity style system. The construction is tentatively planned to go out to bid in May 2025, with the contract award anticipated in October 2025. The estimated construction duration is approximately 28 months. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
