Site work and new construction of a transportation facility in Pine River, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,200-square-foot, one-story above grade transportation facility; and for site work for a transportation facility.

The Project involves: Construction of a new airport terminal facility in the City of Pine River. The approximately 1200 SF single story new building will consist of: Airport Terminal features catered for a governed municipal air field. Construction includes but is not limited to: Concrete including ICFs, Minimal Steel, Carpentry, Thermal Properties, Openings, Exterior Masonry, Engineered Siding, Finishes, Specialties, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Earthwork, Miscellaneous Landscaping, select Civil work, and FF&E, etc. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bidder's bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the net base bid amount, payable to the order of CITY OF PINE RIVER, MN, as warranty that the successful bidder will enter into a contract and furnish the usual Bonds (Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond) as required by the Specifications within ten (10) days after Notice of Award of Contract. No Bidder shall modify, withdraw or cancel their Bid or any part thereof for sixty (60) days after the date designated for the receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract to other than the lowest bidder, if in their discretion the interest of the project will be best served thereby. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates, Responsible Contractor Certification, DBE and Safety Plan. DBE goal of 0.5%. There will be no pre-bid meeting.
