The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection is soliciting bids to establish a contract for the Valley Camp Mine Facilities construction/reclamation project located in Ohio County, WV. SCOPE OF WORK The Work consists of furnishing all labor, plant, power, equipment, supplies, and performing all operations necessary for the completion of the project. The Contractor shall perform all operations necessary for: Mobilization and Demobilization Survey and Construction Layout Quality Control Site Preparation Gravel Road Rehabilitation Temporary Access Roads Structure Demolition Installation and Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment (E&S) Controls Repaving and Refinishing of Existing Paved Road, at the direction of the Engineer. Revegetation Final Site Cleanup and Removal of E&S Controls Estimate Construction End Date: November 2025
