Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Buckeye, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Trillium Management Development Company LLC is soliciting sealed bids for construction of Sun Valley Parkway and Teravalis Parkway Public Sidewalk and Median Landscaping The nature of work to be performed under this project shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment required to construct the facilities and features called for by plans and specifications, and the contract documents. The type, purpose, and location of the proposed project are generally described below and in more detail in the plans and specifications All bids shall be clearly marked Sun Valley Parkway and Teravalis Parkway Public Sidewalk and Median Landscaping. Scope of Work The project will include the installation of Public Sidewalk and Median Landscaping for Sun Valley Parkway and Teravalis Parkway within the City of Buckeye as shown on the construction plans and as noted in the bid schedule of values. This project includes the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, traffic control, and any applicable permits and services for installing Landscaping within the public rights of way as shown on the construction plans. Each Bid on formal company letterhead must be accompanied by, but not limited to, (1) Certificate of Insurance, evidencing their ability to meet the insurance requirements for this project, (2) Statement of Qualifications, demonstrating experience in at least five (5) projects of similar scope within the past three (3) years, with references, and (3) Bid Bond, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total Bid amount, listing Trillium Management Development Company LLC as the Obligee, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract Documents and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the Payment, Performance, and Warranty Bonds required in the amount of 100% of the original contract value for the duration of the contract, within ten (10) working days after the date of the Owner's Notice of Award to the successful bidder. Any bids submitted without a Bid Bond, Certificate of Insurance, and any other items as required in the Instructions to Bidders, will be deemed incomplete and will be rejected. Bidders are required to submit electronically a complete Bid package, including but not limited to, the Bid Form, included with the Bidding Documents, and the Excel version of Schedule of Values. Bidders shall acknowledge any and all bid addendums on the Bid Form and must provide the number of calendar days within which the work is to be completed on the Bid Form and the Excel version of the schedule of values. All Bids are lump sum with unit pricing. Bidders are responsible for review of contract and bidding documents before submitting a bid. By submitting a bid for this project, the bidder acknowledges that they have, at a minimum, met the requirements set forth above in the Invitation to Bidders. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed via email to Arthur Nehf, LJA Engineering. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by LJA Engineering, Inc. will be issued by Addendum in response to such questions received in writing by email or raised at the pre-bid conference.
