The City of Atlantic Beach, FL is requesting sealed bids from licensed General Contractors to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the preparation and painting of the ground storage tanks in accordance with the bid specifications and contract documents. The location is at the City's Water Plant No. 3. The project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials for pressure washing, exterior painting and removal & replacement of all aerator and vent screens on two 150,000 gallon Crom ground storage tanks at Water Treatment Plant No. 3, as described in the Contract Documents. Failure to complete and return these required forms with the bid submittal will make the bid nonresponsive and provide a basis for rejection. Proof of Insurance: Bidders shall submit a current Certificate of Insurance (COI) showing that the bidder has obtained, and will continue to carry Workers' Compensation, public and private liability and property damage insurance during the life of the contract. Awarded bidder will be required to provide a COI with the City listed as an Additional Insured. All Bids must be made on the forms provided, properly executed, placed in an envelope and mailed or delivered in accordance with this Invitation to Bid.
