Since their notice to proceed, the Construction Manager has developed programs and space analysis to the various FMPD divisions along with Conceptual master Plans for the proposed Project enclosed herewith for reference. Construction Management firms that are interested in submitting on this project must be able to show past credible experience working on large-scale public safety facilities that have been recently (within the past 10 years) completed. Due to the complexity of this specialized building type, additional consideration shall be given to those firms that can show a history of working on this facility type.
