The City of Rosenberg is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the following: Rosenberg City Hall - 2110 4th Street, Rosenberg, TX 77471 Removal of One (1) existing 200kw Diesel Generator and 600 Amp Automatic Transfer Switch Purchase and Turnkey Installation of One (1) Permanent 150kw Natural Gas Generator and Automatic Transfer Switch on concrete pad Rosenberg Police Department - 2120 4th Street, Rosenberg, TX 77471 Removal of One (1) existing 250kw Diesel Generator, Concrete Pad, and 400 Amp Automatic Transfer Switch Purchase and Turnkey Installation of One (1) Permanent 250kw Natural Gas Generator and Automatic Transfer Switch on a concrete pad Rosenberg Fire Station No. 2 - 5320 Reading Road, Rosenberg, TX 77471 Removal of One (1) existing 40kw Natural Gas Generator and Automatic Transfer Switch Purchase and Turnkey Installation of One (1) Permanent 40kw Natural Gas Generator and Automatic Transfer Switch on existing concrete pad These generators will mitigate the above locations from power loss due to natural hazards. The generators will be installed with an automatic transfer switch (as specified herein) on concrete pads as specified herein. The project will be in compliance with latest edition of codes and standards required by Federal, State and Local rules and regulations. Contractor shall be responsible for final connection to the gas meters. This is an acknowledgement that FEMA financial assistance will be used to fund all or a portion of the contract.
