Reference number: 20064183 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-04-24 Expected contract duration without options (in months) 1 Schedule of work (III-4.5) Article III-4.5 is supplemented by the following text: According to the written order to proceed with the execution of the work, the contractor will have as many days, as mentioned in article 1.2 "SCHEDULE" of this Part, consecutive calendar excluding holidays and mandatory holidays by the CCQ for the complete execution of the construction works. It must provide the necessary staff in order to carry out its work within the time frame provided for in this schedule. The contractor must take into account that some of the work may be carried out in winter and/or thaw conditions, depending on the date of the order to begin the work. No claim may be submitted for winter conditions and/or thaw if the order to start work is given within the tender validity period. The schedule will be analyzed by the client and supervising engineer, thus becoming a fully-fledged contractual document. The Contractor shall make all necessary arrangements to complete the work in accordance with the submitted schedule. Schedule The Contractor shall proceed expeditiously and establish its work schedule so that the completion of the work, including all tests, is within the prescribed time frame. Long deadline The work subject to this contract must be completed by June 6, 2025 The date of authorization to start the work will be recorded in the minutes of the kick-off meeting and it will become contractual for the calculation of the duration of the work. The Contractor shall carry out the work without interruption and provide a sufficient number of crews to meet the above schedule. Short Lead Time Within the long lead time, the Contractor has only ten (10) business days to complete all work on site, failing which the Client will apply the "Damages for Delay" clause. The short term is the number of days required to complete the work. A working day is a day from Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 6:30 pm. If weather conditions prevent the completion of the work, the extension of the short deadline is calculated as follows: o one day: if the work is interrupted between 7 and 10 o'clock and does not resume during the day; o half-day: if work is interrupted between 10:00 and 3:30 pm and does not resume during the day; o no additional time if work is interrupted after 3:30 pm.
