Renovation of a medical facility in Junction, Texas. Working plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
**As of September 18, 2025, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. Project will be rebid but no definite date yet.** The plans are for Scope of Work verification and estimating. The plans will be sealed and signed by the Architect prior to the contract being awarded. Send questions for clarifications in writing to marley@livingarchitecture.design. All clarifica- tions will be copied to all bidders. The projected budget is $175,000. The construction schedule is set at 45 days. Liquidated damages of $500/ day will apply, as will a completion bonus of the same if completed early. The project must be constructed under the ASHE Infection Control Risk Assessment 2.0 Matrix of Precautions for Construction, Renovation and Operations. Contractor must have experience in projects under ASHE Standards. Standards and ratings are available online and must be reviewed and approved by the Owner/Hospital.
