The Ministère des Ressources naturelles et des Forêts (MRNF), through its Direction régionale du Nord-du-Québec in the Direction générale du territoire public, wishes to award a professional service contract for the completion of a complementary Phase III soil and sediment characterization study at a hydrobase site. In addition to the characterization study, the service provider will have to submit at least three rehabilitation scenarios based on the results of the complementary study performed, Prepare a rehabilitation plan and provide a detailed estimate of the costs of the rehabilitation work.
