(i) The Township shall provide the sidewalk and curb locations (Bertha St, Elizabeth St. and Fournier St. all in Vankleek Hill) and required elevation (grade). (ii) The Township shall be responsible for excavating material to the required final grade after the removal of the existing curb. (iii) The Township shall supply at its cost all granular "A" material to the site as requested by the Contractor. (iv) The Contractor shall place a minimum of 200 mm of granular "A" bedding compacted to 100% S.P.D. (v) The Contractor shall supply forms and place concrete (MTO mix) as specified below. Fly ash shall not be accepted in the mix. The Contractor must provide the Director of Public Works with the mix design prior to placing any concrete as per O.P.S.S. 904 (or any amendments thereto).
