Reference number: 20064384 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2025-04-25 Notice is hereby given that the Regional County Municipality of Bellechasse (the MRC) is requesting tenders for 2025 work at its technical landfill site (LET) in Armagh. The MRC wishes to proceed with the development of technical landfill cells (TLC) 19, 21A and 21B, covering an area of approximately 15,000 m2. The work is governed by the Construction Decree, Act R-20 and the Règlement sur l'enfouissement et l'incinération de matières résiduelles REIMR of the Ministère de l'Environnement, de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques, de la Faune et des Parcs (MELCCFP). The Contractor must prioritize health and safety, provide signage and coordinate with operations. The bidder is advised that work is conditional on obtaining a certificate of authorization from the MELCCFP. Work cannot begin until the certificate is issued. Ideally, construction will begin in early August 2025.
