Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Fargo, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
**As of June 17, 2025, the project was awarded to BC Excavating, with an awarded amount of $1,295,336.36.** Bids shall be based upon cash payment for the following general items: o Demolition of Tower #2 (0.5 MG multi-leg), Tower #3 (1.0 MG multi-leg), and Tower #8 (0.5 MG pedesphere) elevated water storage tanks, site building demolition, partial site utilities demolition, and associated appurtenances. o All other improvements as shown and described in the Drawings and Specifications. Bids will be received as a Lump Sum bid for all Work. The Owner intends to award the Bid based on the lowest Bid in their best interest. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any informalities. Est. Completion Date: Oct. 30, 2025 Work under this Contract shall be Substantially Completed by October 30th, 2025. Final Completion of all Work shall be achieved by November 30th, 2025.
