Water Well and Water System Improvements - Lackland Eagle Ridge MUD Lackland Eagle Ridge MUD of Parker County, State of Texas, will receive bids for the construction of two new Water Wells, an observation well, water plant, and related improvements. Any bids coming after that date and time,unless the MUD extends the date and time for all bidders, will be rejected. Plans and specifications may be obtained electronically by contacting Ross McAngus of Collier Consulting by email at rmcangus@collierconsulting.com or by phone at 254-968-8741 The improvements generally to be made may include: (1) drilling, development, casing and pump for a new water well, (2) necessary water lines, valves and related improvements, (3) construction of water plant, and (4) all weathered access road and fencing installation, and related improvements. The MUD will accept bids for the completion of the entire project, and the MUD will also accept separate bids for the construction and development of the new wells (number 1 above) and other improvements (numbers 2-4 above). Bids mailed to the MUD must also arrive prior to the scheduled bid opening. The MUD reserves the right to award the well work separately from other improvements. The Lackland EagleRidge MUD of Parker County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all informalities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date bids are opened.
