**As of June 27, 2025, the project was awarded to Patterson-Stevens, Inc. with an awarded amount of $1,323,907.50.** Minor Renovations of Holsten Pool The project consists of minor renovations to the Holsten Pool, replacing mechanical equipment, associated piping, and minor facility upgrades. The estimated budget is $960,000.00. Final date for questions and clarifications is May 6, 2025, by 11:00AM to allow for addendum response. Substantial completion on this Contract is to be completed by August 10, 2026. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6% Contract term: 1.5 years
