The owner has determined a prequalified list of design build companies. The City of Rapid City Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking a qualified design-build firm to provide design and construction of a bicycle pump track and skills park in Rapid City, South Dakota. Interested parties are invited to submit a Statement of Interest and Qualifications based on the minimum requirements and evaluation criteria included in the Request for Qualifications. Information on how to make inquiries and submit a Statement of Interest and Qualifications is also included in the RFQ. Request for Proposals will be issued to the most qualified firms as determined by qualification criteria listed in RFQ. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. he project seeking qualifications and proposals is: BICYCLE PUMP TRACK AND SKILLS PARK PROJECT Questions about the RFQ shall be provided in written form and emailed to Melissa Petersen at melissa.petersen@rcgov.org no later than 12:00 PM MDT, April 22, 2025.
