for "Alpha Ranch WCID of Denton and Wise Counties,Streetlight Improvements to serve Alpha Ranch Phases 4B and 4C". The project scope includes installation of approximately 32 streetlights with all related wiring and appurtenances. Bids received after the closing time will be returned unopened. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check, acceptable to the Owner,in an amount not less than 5 percent of the total amount bid, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the Contract and execute the Bonds on the forms provided and provide the required insurance certificates within 7 days after the date the Contractor is notified. The Owner is notobligated to accept the lowest bid or any bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waiveany informalities in bids or in bidding.
