Renovation of an educational facility in Clinton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project scope consists of the re-roofing of Roofs A1 (+/- 5928 SF) and A2 (+/-1796 SF). This includes the removal and disposal of the existing roof systems, and the installation of a 2-Ply Modified Bitumen Cold Applied roof system throughout, complete with new ladders and windows and door. Roofing contractors shall be a qualified installer under the Soprema P.A.Q.+S warranty system. Proof of qualification will be required before tender prices are opened. Bid Bonds are required to accompany the tender in the amounts of $45,000.00 (Forty-Five Thousand Dollars) Successful bidder will be required to provide 50% Performance Bond and 50% Labour and Material Payment Bond.
