Re-caulk entire masonry opening, lintel and sill. Pressure wash entire brick veneer (all sides) including any ledges & sills. Clean existing stone ornamentation as depicted on the drawings and listed in the specifications. For Contract 15.1 Site Improvements at F.E. Bellows Elementary School the scope of work is as follows: o Repave and stripe the existing parking lot on the northwest side of the property, adding a concrete curb along the drive aisles. Replace the chain link fence and gate. Install a concrete pad and a block wall at the dumpster area. o Remove trip hazards and replace pavement in front of the Annex Building. Install seepage pits at the corner to manage additional impervious surface runoff. o Repave and resurface the play areas located at the southeast side of the main building. o Install a new inlet at the corner of the field to address excessive drainage. o Upgrade two gates to include push bars and card readers for secure access. 1.
