The project alsoinvolves the replacement of ADA-compliant curb ramps at the northwest, southwest, and northeast corners. Additional tasks consist of installing approximately 27 linear feet of 18-inch PVCC905 pipe, as well as the installation of a Rectangular Rapid Flashing Beacon (RRFB) pedestrian crossing and associated improvements. The work shall be completed in its entirety on or before July14, 2025. The completion dates are predicated on the intent of ACHD to issue a Notice to Proceed to the Contractor on or about June 02, 2025. ACHD shall be entitled to Liquidated Damages of $1,000.00 for each calendar day of delay in the completion of the work. Any interpretation that may alter or change the ITB will be in writing, in the form of Addenda, which will be furnished via the electronic.
