Mystic River Boathouse Park - Site Concrete Project Location: 123 Greenmanville Avenue (SR 27), Mystic, CT 06355 (25% of the total state-funded value with DAS-certified Small Businesses and 6.25% of the total state-funded value with DAScertified Minority-, Women-, and/or Disabled-owned Businesses.) The Mystic River Boathouse Park Project - Site Concrete consists of: Coordination with demolition, house relocation, helical pile, site work and new boathouse contractors; forming, reinforcement, placing and finishing of all concrete for the concrete pile caps & grade beams, concrete structural slabs within the boathouse, elevator pit and waterproofing of the elevator pit within the boathouse; all ADA concrete ramps, consolidated concrete seat wall, stairs, amphitheater and ADA compliant sidewalks. The responsibility of all finished concrete elevations, rise/run ratios, running slope, cross slope and ADA compliance falls on the concrete contractor (coordination with site contractor who is responsible for subbase preparation is required) and shall comply with the contract documents.
