Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Pattison, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a 10,523-square-foot educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Tellepsen Builders, L.P. as Construction Manager at Risk for the Royal ISD, is seeking competitive proposals and quotes for CONTRACT AWARD from subcontractors and vendors for Royal ISD Elementary School Addition and Interior Renovation. The addition is 10,523 SF and the interior renovation work of corridor and cafeteria floor demolition and new flooring. The exterior courtyard (See AS401, AS402 and AS403) has synthetic turf, a gunite formed hill over earthwork with synthetic turf, Trex decking and concrete benches and sidewalks. There will be two large drop off canopies with lighting at another building, approximately 3/4-mile away by street drive on the same site, at the Early Childhood Center See AS500 and AS501.) There is a ornamental fence on sheet AS402 at the new addition. The existing wood stage steps and semi-circular wood stage floor is to be sanded and refinished. See AD101F and A101F. The new addition exterior skin is brick, metal wall and soffit panels and glass. There are 32" tall letters on elevation 4/A502 and interior room ID signage. Provide pricing breakdowns as such: 1. New Additions (Area "G") & Sitework $$$$ 2. New Early Childhood Center Drop Off Canopy, storm drainage piping, concrete foundations and electrical lighting $$$$ 3. Regrade Existing Drainage Ditch, Flexterra slope protection, storm drainage piping and headwalls, etc. $$$$ 4. Existing Pond & De-mucking and regrade, Flexmat Extreme event liner, demo concrete pilot channel, SWPPP, Flexterra slope protection, Hydromulch bottom, new concrete pilot channel, new storm piping and headwalls, etc. $$$$ 5. Interior Renovations Existing Building (Areas A thru F") - Demolition of flooring and wall finishes, and new flooring and wall finishes $$$$ 6. Grand Total Cost of all items 1 thru 5 Bid $$$$ There are multiple alternates: Alternate 1A (Demo) & 1B (New Finishes) - ADD all the demolition work for the Commons Rooms 623, 644 and 653 and all new finishes and millwork for the three (3) rooms. Alternate 2B (Demo) and 2B (New Finishes) - ADD all the demolition work for the corridors and all new finishes for the corridors. Alternate 3 - Provide an asphalt shingles roof system in lieu of a metal roof. The project is non taxable and it has a wage rate requirement.
