Site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Gallatin, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the construction of a road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The construction of a new 36 MGD Raw Water Intake Facility for the City of Gallatin. Construction will include the construction of a 50 foot deep concrete lined wet well, 36 of 60 micro-tunnel, river bluff removal, screen installation, intake facility construction including pumps, piping, valves, electrical, mechanical, masonry, roofing, grading, paving, etc. and all other items as shown on the plans and within the contract specifications. The allotted time for construction is 540 calendar days. A bid bond or certified check for five percent (5%) of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in the amount of his bid and shall, before entering on the work of said contract, be licensed as a contractor of the CITY OF GALLATIN. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
