**As of July 09, 2025, the project was awarded to Henthorn Commercial Construction, but the awarded amount is not available.** This project call for a new transitional learning center for special needs students, located at 1118 W 12th, Street, Odessa, Texas 79763. The new building is one (1) story in height and has a total area of approximately fifteen thousand four hundred and ninety-two (15,492) square feet. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the Bidding.
