The Division of Purchasing is on behalf of the Department of Highways, Division of Stormwater is soliciting proposals from qualified Proposers to provide engineering services for the Bellhaven Flood Mitigation project, located in the hamlet of Bellport, NY This project is funded by the NYSDEC Climate Smart Communities Grant and for purposes of this procurement, the Town of Brookhaven hereby establishes an overall goal of 30% for Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises ("MWBE") participation, 15% MBE and 15% WBE. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 0% Disadvantaged Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 0% Questions must be submitted in writing by e-mail to: PurchasingGroup@brookhavenny.gov The Town of Brookhaven reserves the right to reject and declare invalid any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received, all in the best interests of the Town.
