If submitting an electronic response, Offeror is not required to submit in hard copy format. However, Offeror is responsible to confirm solicitation has uploaded to the County's BIDNET site. County will not accept any late electronic responses because submission did not upload before the Deadline for Submission. All Proposals must be in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the name of the Company, Proposal name, Proposal number, and opening date in the lower left-hand corner of the envelope. Guadalupe County is seeking to enter into a contract, or contracts, for various pipe and culvert work for Road and Bridge projects. The projects will be completed as County need and funding allow. The County may contract with different vendors for different services If it is advantageous for the County. Turnkey - Price per foot shall include: o Furnishing, transporting, and placing all concrete and reinforcing steel per specifications. o Excavation and backfill. o Connections to existing structure. o Replacing any portion of the existing structure, when required. o All other material, labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete work. CORRUGATED PIPE / CONCRETE PIPE A. Corrugated metal pipe, delivered to the job site within Guadalupe County. B. Pipe shall be galvanized. C. Reinforced (T&G) class III Concrete Pipe with jointing material, delivered to jobs site within Guadalupe County. D. All reinforced concrete pipe with conform to ASTM C76 or most current standards, and to TXDOT Standard Specifications, 2004, item 464. E. Concrete Pipe must be in eight foot (8') standard joint lengths.
