The Town of Mahone Bay is requesting Proposals from experienced vendors to provide janitorial services starting May 12th, 2025 in accordance with the Terms of Reference provided later in this document at all the locations listed below: Town Hall 493 Main St. Water Treatment Plant 68 Zwicker Lane Fire Station/Community Hall 188 Kinburn St. Edgewater St. Washroom 38 Edgewater St. Public Works Building 184 Kinburn Street The Town reserves the right to contract any or all the locations to a single contractor or multiple contractors. A submission of a Proposal does not guarantee acceptance for any or all locations. Contracts will be awarded on a location-by-location basis pursuant to the terms of this document.
