RCW 39.34 allows cooperative purchasing between public agencies in the State of Washington. Other public entities (cities, school districts, and so forth), which have filed an Interlocal Cooperative Joint Purchasing Agreement with the County, may elect to purchase road surfacing materials from the vendor based on the terms and conditions of this agreement, subject to vendor's consent. Road Surfacing Materials for a Period of May 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026 The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in the bids, and to accept other than the low bid if it appears to be in the best interests of the County. All documents received in response to this invitation to bid will become a matter of public record and subject to the Washington Public Disclosure Act under Chapter 42.56 RCW.
