Renovation of a medical facility in Columbia, South Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Full range of Architectural Services (Phase I & Phase II as defined by the Office of the State Engineer) for a multi-phase construction contract to correct ligature risks associated with door and door hardware in patient areas of 8 Lodges at Bryan Psych Hospital identified in a previous Joint Commission Survey. Scope of work includes renovations to floor and wall finishes in tub and shower areas at 9 HC bathrooms. Provide full range of Phase I & Phase II Architectural Services to resolve ligature risks (previously identified by Joint Commission), in patient areas of 8 patient Lodges at Bryan Psychiatric Hospital, Columbia SC.
