The work to be done consists of furnishing labor, materials, equipment and services for the upgrade of the audiovisual systems, including displays, projectors, speakers, cameras, microphones, networking equipment and other audio visual components and all miscellaneous work as shown, specified or required for a complete, operational installation. Time for Final Completion. The Project must be fully completed within the available time frames listed below. The City anticipates that the Workwill begin on or about October 13, 2025, but the anticipated start date is provided solely for convenience and is neither certain nor binding: Community Center Hall and Meeting Room: October 13, 2025 - November 30, 2025 Senior Center Main Hall: January 1, 2025 - January 31, 2025 Police Department Delta Room: Within 180 calendar days from the start date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. License. This Project requires a valid California contractor's licensefor thefollowing classification(s): C7 and/or C10 The Bid Proposal must be accompanied by bid security of tenpercent of themaximum bid amount, in the form of a cashier's or certified check made payabletoCity, ora bid bond executed by a surety licensed to do business in the State of California on the Bid Bond form included with the Contract Documents. The bid security must guarantee that within ten days after City issues the Notice of Potential Award, the successful bidder will execute the Contract and submit the payment and performance bonds, insurance certificates and endorsements, valid Certificates of Reported Compliance as required under the California Air Resources Board's In-Use Off-Road Diesel-Fueled Fleets Regulation(13CCR 2449 et seq.) ("Off-Road Regulation"), if applicable, and any other submittals required by the Contract Documents, including information regarding local purchasesandlocal labor if required by the Instructions to Bidders, using the form provided with the Notice of Potential Award, and as specified in the Notice of Potential Award. As of May 27, 2025, the project was awarded to Conti LLC., with an awarded amount of $962,961.21. Performance and Payment Bonds. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and payment bonds, each for 100%of the Contract Price, as further specifiedin the Contract Documents.
