The University of Nebraska Medical Center is seeking proposals from qualified proposers to negotiate a ground lease, plan, finance, design and construct and potentially operate a parking garage on approximately 1.84 acres of property (the Site) located on the University of Nebraska Medical Center campus. See Request for Proposal Document for additional information. The Developer is required to complete the entitlement and site preparation activities. Structures on the site currently occupied will be vacated no later than December 30, 2025. Questions and inquiries pertaining to the selection process should be directed electronic Deadline for Inquiries: April 21, 2025; at 12:00 PM CT Final response to Inquiries: April 23, 2025; at 5:00 PM CT Response will be sent via SAP Ariba Addendum liquidated damages for failure to complete the garage by the developer stated date will be $10,000/day The University of Nebraska reserves the right to reject any or all RFPs, to waive any informality or irregularity in any RFP received, and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective RFPs received.
