Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Wheaton, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The successful Contractor will be responsible for Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) sidewalk removal and replacement, combination concrete curb and gutter removal and replacement, PCC Driveway removal and replacement, along with all associated and incidental work, including but not limited to, restoration, hauling, and traffic control, to be performed throughout the City. The City of Wheaton is accepting competitive sealed bids for Concrete Flatwork and Miscellaneous Concrete Work. The Contractor will begin services in the spring/summer of each year. All work must be completed before August 17th of each year. Last Date for Questions: No later than April 22, 2025, at 11:00 am (CST)
