ReWa is soliciting bids for Div 2 Ph 2. This project is being funded in whole or in part by the South Carolina Infrastructure Investment Program (SCIIP). All federal SCIIP requirements will apply to the contract. All contractors and subcontractors are required to be registered in the federal System for Award Management (SAM). Renewable Water Resources (ReWa) is proposing the replacement and relocation of a portion of the existing 8-inch gravity sewer system in the city of Pelzer, SC out of tightly condensed back yards into the streets to create greater accessibility for sewer maintenance and to better serve property owners. This Project includes installing approximately 835 ft of 8-inch sewer, 10 manholes, 4 service laterals, and performing all associated work including removing/abandoning existing sewer mains and manholes, installing new service lateral pipes from the main to the dwelling, installing cleanouts, and performing all other necessary work including bypass pumping, traffic control and restoration. Additionally, this Project includes two bid alternate options, in which ReWa can award either of these two options or choose to award neither. Bid Alternate 1 includes approximately 610 ft of 8-inch sewer, 6 manholes, and 5 service laterals. Bid Alternate 2 includes approximately 730 ft of 8-inch sewer, 9 manholes, and 6 service laterals.
