Greenville Utilities Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids All remaining questions (RFIs) that may have been raised after the RFI submission deadline on Thursday, April 17, 2025, should be included in the Contractor Bid as a list of exceptions or assumptions. - as per Addendum 2. Lack of discussion or clarification of any portion of the bid/contract does not relieve the Bidder from conforming to the provisions of the same. Questions regarding this Request for Bid (RFB) should be received by or before 5:00pm, April 14, 2025. All questions shall be directed via e-mail to the attention of Cleve Haddock, Lifetime CLGPO, Procurement Manager at: haddocgc@guc.com, (252) 551-1533. The project must be complete by December 12, 2025 in full in complete accordance with the plans specifications and contract documents to full and entire satisfaction of GUC and NV5.
