Chelan County Natural Resources requests sealed Bid Proposals in accordance with the " Instruction to Bidders " as contained in the Bid Documents for the McCrate Culvert Replacement Project located in Chelan County, Washington. Chelan County Natural Resources Project: McCrate Culvert Replacement Project, Chelan County, WA. This Contract provides for the removal of a 4-foot by 20-foot CMP Culvert and installation of 40-foot-long by 14-foot-wide prefabricated steel bridge structure near river-mile 0.4 on Eagle Creek. This work includes but it not limited to: installation, maintenance and restoration of temporary construction access routes and staging areas; installation of various sized plants post construction; procurement or concrete forming and pouring for the bridge footings and stem walls; temporary traffic control as needed to safely deliver, handle, and stage equipment and materials; structure, channel, and roadway excavation; in-water-work requiring site isolation, temporary diversion of streamflow, shoring and dewatering as necessary; temporary erosion and sediment control; procurement, and installation of the new crossing structure and associated wingwalls and back walls; streambed and bank restoration; construction surveying required to perform the aforementioned tasks; and all other work, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the WSDOT Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge and Municipal Construction and addenda thereto.
