East Calcasieu Parish Consolidated Waterworks Project - Phase 3B: Tank Farm Road at Gulf Highway to LA Highway 397 at Gauthier Road in Calcasieu Parish Engineer's Opinion of Probable Cost $2,900,000 Scope of Work The PARISH hereby agrees to engage the CONTRACTOR to provide the activity, products and/or services inclusive in PARISH’s “Bid” identified as “Bid” #24-601- 5123B. This project involves the construction of a new waterline beginning 0.25 miles west of the intersection of Corbina Road and East Gauthier Road, continuing west along East Gauthier Road for approximately 0.75 miles, to the intersection of Tom Hebert Road and East Gauthier Road, then continuing south along Tom Hebert Road for approximately 1.00 miles, to the intersection of Tom Hebert Road and East Tank Farm Road. Any additional activity, products and/or services, change orders or contract contingencies not specifically listed in the “Bid” but required by the PARISH and available to the CONTRACTOR may be added to the terms of this agreement at a mutually agreed upon price, subject to the verification of cost reasonableness of said change order. Any change order is also subject to any grant limitations.
