Sixth Grade Center 349 S. 9th Street, Quakertown, PA 18951 Applicable Municipality: Quakertown Boro c. Strayer Middle School 1200 Ronald Reagan Drive, Quakertown, PA 18951 Applicable Municipality: Richland Township A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. Districtwide repairs to the brick veneer on screen walls, retaining walls and loading dock stairs and railings and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. B. Type of Contract 1. Project will be constructed under a SINGLE PRIME LUMP SUM CONTRACT. Question Deadline 05/09/2025 Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Bids for the following projects in the form of Single Prime lump sum contracts: Districtwide Masonry Repairs Bids shall conform to all requirements as more fully set forth in the Bid Documents, including, inter alia, compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof or items therein and to waive technicalities as it deems best to protect its interest.
