The Mineral County Board of Education, hereinafter referred to as the Owner, invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for the HVAC/Water Source Heat Pumps and Return Air Units replacement at Frankfort Middle School, located at 356 Golden Drive Ridgeley, WV 26753. The following items will need replaced: 1). Eight (8) Water Source Heat pumps 2). Three (3) Return Air Units Question Deadline 05/01/2025 at 12:00 PM ET The deadline for Bidders' questions. Bidders must visit the site so a proper assessment of the project can be determined. Each Bidder must be registered with the West Virginia Department of Tax and Revenue prior to the time and date for Receipt of Bids in order for their Bid to be considered. All bidders are required to be licensed to perform work in the State prior to submitting a bid for this project as required by Chapter 21, Article 11, of the Code of West Virginia. Each Bidder's Contractor license number shall be included within their Bid proposal. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, the right to waive minor informalities and procedures in bidding, and the right to withhold final award of contract for 60 days after opening bids. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded shall, prior to the signing of a contract, provide a clearly planned schedule of construction and completion of the project.
