Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, vehicles, tools, materials, parts, permits, supplies, travel, and incidentals necessary to decommission, remove, and legally dispose three (3) existing rooftop Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) units and related components and furnish, install, and commission three (3) new six (6)-ton rooftop HVAC units and related components, including necessary ducting to Caltrans in Yuba County. Questions regarding this IFB must be submitted by 2:00 p.m., April 23, 2025. Bidders must submit their questions via e-mail to Benjamin.Tran@dot.ca.gov. Written questions must include: the individual's name, firm name, e-mail address and must reference IFB No. 03A3924 Proposed Award Date (estimate) 05/06/2025 Payment Bond (ADM-2009) Requirement: If the successful bidder's bid is $25,000 or more, the successful bidder shall furnish a Payment Bond for not less than 100 percent (100%) of the total amount payable by the terms of this Agreement.
