Winnebago County is requesting sealed bids to provide all labor, equipment and materials to furnish fall protection anchorage systems on the fourth and fifth floor levels at the Winnebago County Courthouse. Bid Bond A bid bond payable to Winnebago County in an amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany the bid as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract within ten (10) days after award of the contract. Please upload a scanned copy of the complete document within the County's portal including all seals, signatures, notarized pages, and power of attorney. Questions, Inquiries, Requests for Clarification Deadline: May 8, 2025, 3:00pm. All questions about the meaning or intent of these Documents shall be submitted using the Question & Answer section of this project listed on the County's Procurement portal. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to select the bid considered most advantageous to Winnebago County.
