Reference Number 0000384254 Remove and dispose of (1) existing York 100 ton liquid cooled chiller. Remove and dispose of (1) BAC Cooling tower, associated piping, and all unnecessary material. Provide and install (1) One York YCWL118SJ17. Provide and install (1) BAC Cooling tower Model # VTO-65-JX with Manufacturer recommended ABB drive for condenser pump as a one for one swap out with the original specified equipment, Include all labor and materials necessary. Crane, rigging, and all necessary re-piping for chiller connection provided by the contractor. Water balance of system by contractor when complete. Walk through will provide details of piping re-configuration. Starting Date: March 1, 2026 Completion Date: April 15, 2026 Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 10 % - Performance Bond 100 %
