Description

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Victoria, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The City of Victoria is seeking proposals from qualified design-build contractors and consultant teams ("design-build teams") to design and install a replacement of the main chiller at the Victoria Police Headquarters building at 850 Caledonia Avenue. Experience and expertise in chiller design and construction are required, including demonstrated experience in design consultation, cost estimation, and high-quality construction. Question Deadline 05/08/2025 As per Section 15, all enquiries regarding this Request for Proposal should be directed in writing to Kathryn Daitl, B.Comm, NISCL-CSCL, Senior Buyer, Supply Management Services, via e-mail to purchasing@victoria.ca. All questions should be received at least 5 (five) business days prior to the Closing Time. Enquiries received after that deadline may not be answered.
