The County of Stanislaus Department of Environmental Resources (County) is seeking bids from qualified and experienced Contractors with valid California Class A contractor's license and current DIR registration numbers to complete the 2025 Landfill Gas Collection and Control System (GCCS) Expansion Project at the Fink Road Landfill located at 4000 Fink Road, Crows Landing, CA 95313. This project consists of installing eighteen (18) vertical below-grade high-density polyethylene (HDPE) Landfill Gas (LFG) extraction wells and connecting three (3) existing horizontal wells to the existing GCCS infrastructure. This includes the installation of below-grade and above-grade HDPE LFG laterals and header, air supply line, and liquid conveyance line. Header appurtenances also are to be installed, including sumps, isolation valves, access risers and blind flanges. Gas wellheads, including fittings, valves, tubing, and hoses will be installed for each well. New pumps will also be supplied and installed for each sump. The project area will need to be backfilled with clean soil and gravel . Completion- September 12, 2025 ; Liquidated Damages for delay are $2,500 per calendar day Question Deadline 05/02/2025 at 5:00 PM PT Questions are to be submitted within the County's electronic procurement .
