Renovation of a municipal facility in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic Bids for the replacement of the existing PGC headquarters water sourced, geothermal heat-pumps and an integrated automated building system/platform which aligns with an existing platform (Automated Logic). The scope consists of one contract for the mechanical work. The project is located at the existing PGC Harrisburg Headquarters Building. The project consists coordinated construction in compliance with all applicable building codes and the select removal to ensure the building system and envelope remains functional. Any questions concerning completion of the electronic Bid should be directed to the PGC Contracts and Procurement Division at 717-787-6594. additional site visit note: The number listed will be routed to central dispatch who will transfer your call onto the individuals. The site is open during normal business hours with proper escorting. A location map is included on the drawing. The interior of this work area is restricted, but bidders interested in viewing the site should contact Mr. Kieffer to announce their intent to visit the site three days in advance to their planned visit.
